In this environment there was a wish to recreate the "Ricetto delle iscrizioni" conceived by Giovan Battista Foggini between the 17th and 18th centuries, in which the arrangement is based on 18th century designs by Abbot De Greyss.
Exhibited here are various Roman altars and epigraphs donated a few years ago by Prof. Detlef Heikamp, a great expert in collectable Medicean objects.
