The Sun Terrace is situated on the top floor and is equipped with showers, tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs.
The Residence has a Car Park able to hold over 120 vehicles singularly. Fees start at €20 per day.
Both the Residence and underground parking can be accessed directly from the circular road without having to adhere to the restrictions of automobile access in the historical center.
